Mintra Named One of the UK’s Best Places to Work for the Second Consecutive Year

For the second year, Mintra is proud to announce its inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, powered by WorkL. Recognised in the Medium Organisation category (50–249+ employees), the award celebrates Mintra’s continued dedication to creating an empowering, inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Selected from more than 70,000 entries nationwide, Mintra’s recognition highlights its dedication to employee wellbeing, job satisfaction and continuous organisational improvement. The Best Places to Work survey evaluates companies using 26 employee engagement questions across six key areas: Empowerment, Wellbeing, Job Satisfaction, Pride, Information Sharing, and Reward & Recognition.
Mintra’s scores improved across key areas as it built on the feedback and momentum from its 2024 recognition.

Mintra’s People Strategy, introduced in 2022, is now delivering strong results. Reward and Recognition scores rose by 3% to 79% in 2025, supported by initiatives such as employee appreciation days, peer recognition spotlights and open celebration of individual successes during monthly team talks. Mintra’s hybrid working model, supported with wellbeing initiatives, regular check-ins and team events, continues to strengthen cross-functional relationships, and collaboration throughout the globe.
Wellbeing remains a top priority, with Mintra scoring 79% in this category. Support is increasingly holistic and includes trained mental health first aiders, online yoga, excellent BUPA health and dental coverage and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme. The People and Culture team also offer employees access to workshops for support around mental health, financial planning, pensions and more.
Empowerment and Job Satisfaction both rose from 77% to 80%, reflecting Mintra’s continued investment in developing its people and delivered through Mintra’s learning and competency management system – Trainingportal.
The Job Satisfaction score demonstrates the pride the team shows and that employees continue to be challenged and enjoy their work in a meaningful way. Innovation and ‘We explore’ remain central to Mintra’s core values and employees have benefited from a continued investment in product development, quality and focus on service delivery.

Confidence in Management has risen by 3% to 79%, and Information Sharing is up 4% on last year, with monthly global team talks including business updates, people news and opportunities for employees to present and ask questions, reinforcing Mintra’s’open and collaborative’ core value.”
Mintra’s highest score was in Instilling Pride, averaging 81%. This denotes a strong sense of achievement, shared purpose and reinforces the ‘with pride’ value that lies at the heart of Mintra’s culture, with employees consistently going above and beyond in pursuit of delivering outstanding results every day.
